Hi there! I’m so glad you found me.
The very first step for us is to schedule a quick call so that I can learn about YOU. This will help us to dial-in on your specific needs or vision for your photoshoot and we can customize it together to make it special and unique.
TO BOOK YOUR SESSION: Select and purchase a session that meets your needs and budget from one of the three options below. This is known as a Session Fee.

Now is the time to rock your session!
As for the timing of your session, I typically schedule around late-morning for in-home sessions, and around sunset for outdoor sessions. These times tend to provide the best light. Studio sessions can be booked any time of day or night.
The session will be relaxed and natural, and we will be going for both candid and posed shots with a mix of everyone involved. I will guide you with prompts and natural poses to elicit authentic moments and laughter.
Your Gallery Reveal
& Purchase of a Collection
1-2 weeks after your session, you’ll receive a slideshow of about 50-100 (possibly more!) of the best images from your session and you’ll have the option to purchase one of the following three Collections which include digital images and print credit. (The best of all worlds!) This process allows you to view the images first and then make a purchase decision based on your budget and needs.

Once you’ve purchased a Collection, you’ll have immediate access to download your favorite images and you can shop with your print credit in the gallery store. This is the best part. Buying prints or products ensures that you have something tangible from our session that will last and is truly the most important part of our session.
I have spent a lot of time making sure there is something in the store for everyone at every price point. So, I think you will be able to find items that you love for the walls of your home or that you can gift to loved ones!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you ever offer Mini or Specialty Sessions?
Yes! Several times a year I offer mini sessions. You can always check the Specials page on my site to see what is being offered or ask to be placed on my email list to see what is coming up. Also, ask me what a “Photographer’s Choice” session is!
Am I able to use the Print Credit that comes with my package for more Digital Images?
YES! Your online gallery will easily allow you to use your print credit towards additional digital images or your slideshow if you loved that too. It is your choice how you use this credit!
What should we wear to our session?
I will be providing you with a complete what-to-wear guide as part of my services. So, no worries, I’ve got you!
What should I bring to our session?
While I believe in traveling light while on-location, I also know that if small children are involved that having snacks, wipes, quick changes of clothes, diapers, pacifiers, and other easy-to-access items may be essential to have with you. Feel free to bring these or any other props or wardrobe changes we may have discussed ahead of time for your session.
I consider myself and certain members of my family not to be very photogenic. Do you help with posing to make us look good?
Most certainly! Of all the things I want you to worry about the least, it is how to position yourself during the session. I will help to keep you moving and tell you where to be at each point during the session. I will prompt you along the way so that we capture you in both posed and candid moments for a variety of natural looking moments. We will find flattering angles and positions for you so that you look your best. You and your family will interact and have fun together so that nothing will feel forced, and you will leave the session feeling like you just enjoyed time together and like I was just there as your friend capturing it all for you on camera!
What if there is bad weather, the day of our session?
If it is raining, too windy, or snowing, we will most certainly cancel and reschedule for a better date that works for us both. (That is, unless you would like any of these elements in your photos). For days that are just super cloudy, I do not cancel, as clouds are amazingly beautiful elements in photos and are desirable!
What if we need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances?
Oh gosh! If someone is sick or something terrible happens to you or one of your family members we will most certainly reschedule. On the other hand, if you are just running late due to poor planning on your end, that is another story if you get my gist.
What level of editing will be done to our photos?
I am a professional photo-editor with many years of experience, so you are in good hands. All images receive color-correction, skin smoothing, general blemish removal, undereye darkness brightening, exposure correction, eye and teeth whitening, object removal and more! I also generally provide 5-10 specially edited images to each gallery such as Black & White conversions or Matte finishes.
